Luis Pagan, Sr. Obituary Luis A. Pagan, Sr., 79, of Reading, passed away on January 22, 2022 at The Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Nelsa H. (Haydee) Pagan. Together they Celebrated 34 years of marriage. Born in Comerio, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Felix Pagan and Teresa Fernandez. Luis was employed for many years as a Collector in the Mushroom Agricultural Industry. He was predeceased by his sons: Luis A. Pagan, Jr., Luis A. Pagan, grandson: Alex Perez Jr., and several brothers and sisters. In addition to his wife, Nelsa H. Pegan, he is survived by his children: Theresa Pagan, wife of Jorge of Reading, Raul Pagan, husband of Nicole of Cumru Twp., Tony Pagan, Diana Pagan, Margarita Pagan-Santos,wife of Joshua, Neliada Carreras, and Hector Carreras. Also Surviving are multiple grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at Bednar Funeral Home, 2910 Pricetown Road, Temple (Alsace Twp), on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 1:00PM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 12-1:00PM. Interment will follow the service at Gethsemane Cemetery.
