Tindaro "Tino" Giorgio

Tindaro “Tino” Giorgio, 79, of Cumru Twp., passed away on November 10, 2023 at Tower Health-Reading Hospital. 

He was the husband of Linda L. (Buckman) Giorgio. Together they celebrated 45 years of marriage.

Born in Santo Stefano, Sicily, he was a son of the late Frank and Tindara (Princiotto) Giorgio. 

Tino was a US Marine Corps Veteran, proudly serving his country during peacetime. For 25+ years, Tino worked in the mushroom growing business, retiring in 2005. A barber by trade, Tino worked as an apprentice in Italy and then in later years was employed as a barber at Anthony’s Barber Shop in Wyomissing. 

Tino loved to play golf, ski, and cook. He will be remembered for being joyful, patriotic, for his welcoming smile, and for his amazing salads. 

He was predeceased by his brothers: Michael and Joseph Giorgio and sister: Estherina F. Larsh. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his stepdaughter: Lisa R. Giorgio of St. Louis. Also surviving is his brother: Carl Giorgio, husband of Cheryl, sister: Maria Moceri-Henderson, wife of Gene, as well as stepchildren, multiple nieces, and nephews. 

A Memorial Service will be held at Bednar Funeral Home, 2910 Pricetown Road, Temple on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 1:00PM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 11:00-1:00PM.
